Get in the mood for fall

Last week, Sunbelt staff visited IGCs in and around Atlanta. We saw some beautiful fall product displays at several Pike Nursuries locations and The Family Tree Garden Center in Snellville. We also observed some very excited consumers with loaded shopping carts!

2012 Poinsettias

Our 2012 Poinsettia Varieties and Fundraising information packets have been mailed. If you have not yet received your copy, please give us a call. And yes, we are busy filling up the greenhouses in preparation for the season!

While Sunbelt Greenhouses grows many different poinsettia varieties in several container sizes, below are photos of a few poinsettias in 8-inch pots.

Week 35 crop status

Our 12" Mums are coming along beautifully. We have been shipping a limited amount of 8" and 9" mum pots for the past two weeks and hope to be able to offer fall plant material to all customers in Week 36. 

Our Fall 2012 program includes cool crop vegetables in 8-04 packs and Papa Joe's herbs in 4" purple containers. Sweet Basil is grown in both sizes. Snapdragon "LaBella" is grown in 4.3" containers packed 10 pots in a tray. We produce this snap variety in five colors. 

Our poinsettias are scheduled to be available in November.
